On the 28th of September 1960, a small congregation of less than 20 people led by Canon Jim Glennon gathered for the first Healing Service at St Andrew’s Cathedral.
In 1985, after years of holding ministries in different locations, the congregation finally acquired its own Healing Ministry Centre - Golden Grove, a tranquil three quarters of an acre setting in the heart of Newtown.
Today, the Healing Ministry has welcomed more than 3,660 congregation members. The weekly livestreamed service is watched by an average of 450 viewers, inside and outside Australia.
